Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving without our families!!! What were we to do? Luckily we have our family away from family! This amazing family in our ward from South Africa invited us over to their house. So while they made some yummy dishes from South Africa, my friend Kami and I made the traditional Thanksgiving feast. Needless to say it made for a lot of food and a lot of fun!!!

Ella and Lexie....Lexie is our friend's Angel and Kami's daughter. She and Lexie have so much fun! They also have a little boy almost the same age as Owen! It works out great.

We had been telling Bernice about Chad's stomach issues, and she took it as if he had any flour or pasta or anything he would basically die! So she made him all his own seperate dishes of flour free food. This is his own little mini cheesecake!

I thought we were going to be pretty sad, missing our friends and family, and my cold turkey run.......but we had the next best thing (I went running by myself!) And we definitely missed everyone, but we ended up having a great day!
